The Executive Assistant plays a meaningful role on the team, providing dedicated support to executives as well as support for their function as a whole. You will have exposure to senior levels of the organization, partnering with other Executive Assistants and external stakeholders as part of the day-to-day responsibilities. Our Finance function supports business leaders to engage with healthcare providers, patients, and regulators to address unmet medical needs through innovation and evidence dissemination to optimize the impact and ensure patient safety of the company's products and therapies.

Qualifications:High school diploma or GED (required).4+ years of recent experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant.Proven success working with global teams and external partners.Expert-level skills in Outlook calendar management and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Proficiency in Zoom, WebEx, Teams, and video conferencing tools.Strong experience with invoice and PO processing.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage schedules for corporate leaders.Build and prepare correspondence and complex presentations.Develop databases and spreadsheets.Coordinate global and domestic travel arrangements, including air, ground transportation, hotels, visas/passports, and meeting coordination.Prepare expense reports and manage department credit line for purchases.Apply and implement internal policies and provide training as needed.Support departmental projects and coordinate departmental meetings and events, including in-person, virtual, or hybrid events.Preferred Qualifications:Associate's degree.Professional certification.Experience using Coupa for invoicing.Experience using Concur for expense reports.Leadership role in providing administrative support and management of internal and external events.Work Environment

Will work on a hybrid schedule.

Work schedule is Monday through Thursday onsite and work from home on Friday. Typical hours are approximately 8 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
