What You Will Do:Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to, screening and routing phone calls, managing calendars, processing invoices, scheduling meetings requiring significant coordination and follow up, and ensuring timely and effective communicationsPrepare expense reports in SAP and ensure they are submitted in a timely mannerPrepare for meetings including setup for large presentations/video conferences with multiple sitesManage the planning, coordination, and execution of business travel, including trip logistics and itinerary, meeting coordination, and remote support of when executive is out of the office, taking into account time zones, weather delays, traffic and fatigue levels and managing preferences·Interface directly with other senior executives, their support teams and external organizations – your ability to work well with people on all levels is a very important part of your jobReview your leader’s schedule to build-in time for things like thinking time and traveling to their next meetingUnderstand the day’s priorities so you can be strategic about how you direct phone calls, adjust meetings, and help your leader prioritize activitiesHandle extremely confidential, sensitive information, remembering that Disney is a publicly traded companyDraft emails on behalf of your leaderProvide additional office support such as ordering supplies, and processing purchase orders and approval processesCoordinate department off-sites and events as neededAssist with any special projects and other related duties as neededRequired Qualifications & Skills5+ years of administrative experience supporting executives in a corporate environmentAbility to showcase professionalism and business acumen while working on a high demand deskSharp written and verbal communication skills, including flawless grammar and a rich vocabularyDesire to immerse yourself fully and learn all aspects of your executive’s businessAbility to multi-task and prioritize workStrong proficiency with all types of computers, phones and office equipment, as well as mastery of Mac, Microsoft Office programs, SAP, Confluence, Concur, and ability to work in a Windows and Apple environmentA calm head and steady hand to deal with the unexpectedComplete reliability handling confidential, often highly sensitive informationDesire to truly be helpful to your leaders and co-workers, to go above and beyond without being askedSome flexibility in your schedule – we value work/life balance, but in a pinch, a bit more time is neededVery strong organizational skills and attention to detailSkills to build bridges, forge alliances and encourage people to want to collaborate with you.Preferred Qualifications & Skills

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered
