We want you to apply! **Job Summary and Qualifications** Coordinates the work flow of Executive Staff by providing administrative and secretarial support to hospital leadership. **What you will do:** + Coordinate all phases of work to support Executive Staff in carrying out their management duties. + Schedule and coordinate meetings. + Perform routine functions to maintain an organized and efficient office environment. + Provides excellent customer service. + Completes other duties to support departmental operations as assigned or requested, such as: Participate in special departmental projects, Notarize legal documents for System, patients, and physicians, as needed. Organize and prioritizes special projects assigned by the Executive Staff (policy manuals, JCAHO surveys, hospital fund raising campaigns, legal issues, board presentations, etc.). Interface with internal and external contacts to achieve timely completion. Coordinate with appropriate executive, risk management and/or department contact to respond to issues and complaints; provide feedback as directed. **What qualifications you will need:** **Required Education:** Associate degree in secretarial sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Demonstrates competencies within 60 days of hire to substitute the education experience. **Preferred Education:** Bachelors degree preferred. **Preferred License:** Notary public. **Required Experience:** Seven or more years of progressive administrative, office management or executive secretarial experience. Working knowledge of medical terminology also helpful.
