Here, your voice and ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and together, you will help us define the future of American Express. **How will you make an impact in this role?** We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide support to the Global Large & Managed Marketing (GLAMM) team within Global Commercial Services Marketing (GCSM). The successful candidate will manage daily administrative tasks for multiple Marketing Vice Presidents, support team and colleague operations, and contribute to overall team efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant who wants to take their skills to the next level, or for someone keen to learn the GCS Marketing business as a steppingstone to future career growth within American Express. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide administrative support to 2-3 Marketing Vice Presidents + Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across a range of senior stakeholders from across the Enterprise + Optimize the VPs’ limited time for best effect, ensuring meetings include meaningful agendas, and preparation needs are known and scheduled well in advance. + Arrange travel and accommodations as necessary to support business objectives. Ensure travel agendas and itineraries are shared well in advance + Prepare and submit timely and complete expense reports via Concur. Review expense submissions for compliance with policy and track overall team spend against budget + Maintain communication distribution lists for email and Slack and keep updated organization charts + Office support - Liaise with IT Helpdesk, Building Facilities and other support teams as needed, track office supply inventory and place orders as required + Support the planning and execution of team meetings and events designed to improve the team’s culture, including colleague reward and recognition events. + Ensure on time completion of mandatory training and other key events by tracking completion and following up with the VPs’ teams. + Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating internal communications + Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and data **Minimum Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent required + Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment + Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Strong organizational and time-management skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills + Strong sense of integrity with ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion **Preferred Qualifications:** + Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred + Experience with Concur Travel and Expense Management a plus **Qualifications** Salary Range: $24.05 to $48.10 hourly bonus benefits The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition.
