This position reports to our lead Executive Assistant in the Boroughs and supports our Finance organization, located in Marlborough, MA, and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

Serve as a key contact and gatekeeper between senior leadership and visiting executives, customers and investors. Manage C-Suite meeting space, visitor offices, and provide occasional logistical support for visiting executives, customers and investors.

Provide additional Marlborough site support (e.g. broader Danaher meeting coordination) and serving as the liaison to the Marlborough site, including supporting events, volunteer activities, and internal/external meetings.

Collaborate with other executive assistants and stakeholders to coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements to include Visa, lodging, etc. Collect travel documentation and receipts to prepare and process expense reports for timely corporate card settlement for multiple executives to include the CFO, the President - Hardware Solutions, and the Vice President - Clinical Programs.

Further provide logistical support for the Finance leadership team members to include scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls, quarterly site leadership team meetings.

Provide assistance with ad-hoc projects to support and drive associate engagement along with managing action items to sustain engagement activities. Arrange and execute team-building activities for the Finance organization (e.g. Annual Walking Challenge, etc.) and other activities.

Manage and maintain communication channels for the Finance organization using various technology platforms, e.g. virtual town halls, key announcements, meeting summaries and recordings, and organizational announcements. Own the preparation and distribution of announcements and functional intranet updates, audit distribution lists to ensure accuracy for communications, along with managing Finance-related site mail. Further, compile critical information and presentation materials, coordinate functional communications, staff meetings, and recognition activities.

Who you are:

Seasoned professional with solid executive support experience with the flexibility to address urgent requests per business needs.

Comfort engaging with senior management and international contacts, along with a strong sense of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information in a discrete manner.

Advanced MS Office skills, high degree of computer literacy and experience leveraging virtual communication tools (e.g. Teams).

Demonstrated ability to work independently, possess a proactive approach and outlook, and attention to detail. This will include the ability to demonstrate excellent time management skills, multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with being a strong team player with excellent networking skills while understanding the cultural sensitivities across a global organization. Highly process improvement focused, organized, service minded and results oriented.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
