Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities: + Act as a gatekeeper by managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and prioritizing appointments to ensure optimal time management. + Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. + Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion. + Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting. + Liaise between the executive, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow. + Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively resolve potential challenges. + Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation. + Support ad-hoc projects and execute special assignments as needed. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: + Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role supporting C-suite leaders. + Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to represent the executive professionally. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools. + High level of attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. + Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
