Executive Assistant

Overview

This position will support Senior Vice Presidents based in both Purchase and New York City on the North America Products & Innovation team by performing general administrative duties to support day-to-day department operations in such areas as telephone coverage, scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, organizing team events, ordering supplies, and maintaining department records.

Role

•\tPrepare correspondence, memoranda, reports, presentations or other assigned projects
•\tManage team meeting scheduling, organization, agenda preparation, room logistics and pre-read distribution
•\tMake travel arrangements for domestic and international trips as needed, prepare packets for travel
•\tPrepare expense reports for approval
•\tAssist with new hire on-boarding process in conjunction with HR
•\tManage other day-to-day tasks as needed to support the team – answer phones, coordinate with facilities, mail room, help desk, etc. as necessary
•\tMay research special topics as assigned
•\tServe as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company

All About You

•\tSolid administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and customers
•\tAttention to detail with strong verbal and written communications skills
•\tStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team setting
•\tAbility to be proactive and foresee and address issues
•\tDemonstrated ability to manage time and track and execute upon multiple commitments
•\tAbility to exercise discretion and appropriately handle confidential information
•\tAbility to function well in a busy and varied environment and work well under pressure
•\tProficiency in MS office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Outlook; Oracle required

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Purchase, New York: $69,000 - $107,000 USD

New York City, New York: $72,000 - $112,000 USD
