Executive Assistant
Description Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on staying one step ahead? We’re seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative support to our senior management team. As an integral part of our organization, you will ensure executives' daily schedules, communications, and operations run seamlessly, enabling them to focus on strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: + Manage and coordinate executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. + Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents. + Serve as a gatekeeper by screening and prioritizing phone calls, emails, and other communications. + Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes. + Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. + Monitor and manage special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate. + Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and team members. + Assist with expense reports, billing, and other administrative tasks as needed. + Act as the point of contact for vendors, ensuring smooth operations for executive office needs. Requirements + High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong digital literacy. + Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. + Ability to handle multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, and high-pressure situations with grace. + Demonstrated ability to work independently and anticipate leadership needs. + Discretion when dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.
