Description We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive in Atlanta, Georgia. This long-term contract position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to key initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the executive's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Plan and oversee logistics for meetings, events, and press engagements, ensuring all materials and resources are prepared in advance.
• Draft and edit speeches, formal communications, memos, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
• Track and monitor progress on key initiatives, providing regular updates on deadlines and activities.
• Provide general administrative support, including expense reporting, document filing, and maintaining office supply inventories.
• Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication on behalf of the executive. Requirements • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
• Strong proficiency in managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft precise and well-structured documents and correspondence.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
