Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and highly adaptable Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer. This role is pivotal to the smooth functioning of executive operations and involves in-person collaboration. As an Executive Assistant, you will also work closely with our Director of Operations and Chief of Staff to ensure high-level administrative and strategic alignment.

ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, prepare briefing documents, and ensure the CEO’s time is used efficiently and effectively.Partner with the Director of Operations and Chief of Staff to support company initiatives, meeting follow-ups, and project tracking.Interface professionally with investors, clients, and partners; prepare materials and manage communications for high-profile engagements.Handle sensitive information with the utmost care and professionalism.Assist with coordinating in-person meetings, team events, and company offsites.Essential Skills1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a support role to C-level executives.Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with a high degree of accuracy in handling logistics and communication.Comfortable working in a startup environment with shifting priorities and last-minute requests.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor in interactions with external stakeholders.Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment is a strong plus.Experience with calendar management, administrative support, event coordination, and travel management.Work Environment

This position is based in an office setting, supporting the CEO and collaborating closely with the Director of Operations and Chief of Staff. The work schedule includes two days in-person and three days working from home.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
