Executive Assistant
Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide professional support to our client's senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. This role will involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth daily operations for the executives. Key Responsibilities: + Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders. + Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. + Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and communications to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely deliverables. + Organize and coordinate team meetings, including creating agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items. + Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. + Assist in monitoring and prioritizing incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls. + Provide logistical support for executive projects and company initiatives. + Coordinate cross-departmental communication, ensuring alignment and efficiency. + Manage expense reporting and budgets on behalf of executives. + Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the executive team. Requirements Requirements and Qualifications: + Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior-level executives. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); familiarity with collaboration tools like Teams or Zoom is a plus. + High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information. + Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and anticipate needs. + Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
