Description
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant passionate about providing seamless support to high-performing leaders? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at managing complex schedules, communications, and executive priorities? We’re looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join a growing organization in the Twin Cities area. This critical role is FULLY ON-SITE—remote or hybrid work options are not available—and requires a proven background in supporting C-Suite executives.
Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary resource for C-Suite executives, supporting daily operations with precision, professionalism, and discretion.
+ Manage dynamic calendars, organize meetings, and coordinate detailed international and domestic travel arrangements.
+ Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and various documents for executive leadership.
+ Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, external stakeholders, and business partners while maintaining strong relationships.
+ Prioritize incoming inquiries, manage critical deadlines, and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
+ Provide executive meeting support, including compiling materials and ensuring follow-up items are addressed.
+ Assist with special projects and event planning as required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 3 years of experience directly supporting C-Suite or senior executives in an administrative capacity.
+ Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and expertise in collaboration tools.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for executive-level interactions.
+ Self-starter with strong decision-making capability who thrives in dynamic office environments.
+ A commitment to working on-site daily in the Twin Cities metro area. This role is not remote or hybrid.
