Executive Assistant
Description Our client is a respected and innovative organization committed to excellence in our field. We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership and help drive organizational success. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information with discretion. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of leadership. Key Responsibilities: + Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel + Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations + Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials preparation + Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism + Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders + Coordinate special projects and assist in meeting deadlines + Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of executives when needed + Perform general administrative duties such as filing, expense reports, and invoice processing Requirements + Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities + Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required + Discretion and professionalism are essential TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
