Description
Our client is a respected educational institution committed to fostering academic excellence and student success. They are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership and help ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
The Executive Assistant will serve as a key partner to the executive team by managing schedules, handling communications, preparing reports, and coordinating various internal and external meetings. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and thrives in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
+ Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
+ Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and staff, students, and external partners
+ Organize and maintain confidential files and records
+ Assist in the preparation and follow-up of board meetings, including agenda development and minute-taking
+ Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of executives as needed
+ Support project coordination and ensure timely follow-ups on key initiatives
+ Perform other administrative duties to support daily operations and strategic goals
Requirements
+ 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
+ Experience in an educational or non-profit setting preferred
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
+ High level of discretion and confidentiality
