Executive Assistant
Description As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of busy executives by supporting them in managing their schedules, communications, and high-priority projects. This is an opportunity to work directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced, exciting environment where your organizational and problem-solving skills will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate and maintain complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events. + Act as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including handling inquiries, correspondence, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner. + Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and documents for executive meetings and key projects. + Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion, ensuring the executives’ time and priorities are safeguarded. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate smooth communication internally across departments. + Assist in organizing leadership team meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and action item follow-ups. + Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Requirements What We’re Looking For: + Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant, preferably supporting senior-level executives. + Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, but relevant experience is highly valued. + Skills: + Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail. + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with scheduling and project management tools is a plus. + Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + A proactive and resourceful problem-solver who remains calm under pressure. + Attributes: Discretion, professionalism, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
