Job Description

Join a dynamic team providing executive business support for the CSO Americas Devices & Creativity organization. This role involves supporting three senior leaders and playing a central role in enabling team operations across the Americas Consumer Sales Organization. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with high visibility across business management and leadership teams.

ResponsibilitiesProvide executive support for three senior leaders, including handling key logistics, communications, and task management.Partner closely with other Executive Business Partners and Business Managers to align priorities and support leadership team effectiveness.Coordinate team events and offsites across the Americas org, including planning logistics and execution.Assist with meeting agendas, team communications, project follow-ups, and executive briefing materials.Support special projects and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables.Manage executive calendars for four leaders, including daily/weekly communication with leaders about meeting requests, team meetings, and 1:1s.Provide executive administrative support like travel bookings, expense reports, and other ad hoc requests like reservations and room bookings.Support leaders in light business manager functions, including coordinating team meetings with agendas, decks, and follow-ups.Manage and polish decks for special projects and follow-ups/status for key items with team stakeholders.Essential SkillsMinimum 5-7 years of experience supporting senior leaders.Strong relationship management and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams and Outlook.Experience in project management-type skills.Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders in written and verbal formats.Additional Skills & QualificationsA degree is preferred but not required.Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Work Environment

The role is remote, with a requirement to work PST business hours, approximately 8am-4pm PST, Monday through Friday. Standard equipment such as a laptop, mouse, headset, and extra monitor will be provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $41.00/hr.
