Executive Assistant – Technical Writing & Documentation

Summary

Guidewire is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and produce high-quality documentation for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Manage calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.

Monitor and prioritize communications and follow-up tasks.

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action item summaries.

Liaise professionally with internal teams and external partners.

Draft, review, and format business proposals and executive summaries.

Develop standard operating procedures and process documentation.

Compile research briefs, internal reports, and communications.

Create presentation materials and stakeholder-ready deliverables.

Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all documentation.

Organize key deliverables from internal and external stakeholders

Conduct research to support business initiatives and decision-making.

Summarize insights and prepare concise written reports.

Assist with vendor, partner, and project coordination tasks.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in executive support, administrative coordination, and technical writing

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Experience developing SOPs or business documentation.

Familiarity with workflow or project management tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
