Organize and maintain complex calendars to ensure optimal scheduling and prioritizationCoordinate projects and assist with managing ongoing priorities across departmentsSupport leadership by facilitating daily operations and preparing materials for meetingsMonitor deadlines and follow up on action items to keep initiatives moving forwardProvide proactive administrative support with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyEngage with cross-functional teams to gather information and relay updatesContribute to a collaborative environment that encourages learning and professional development

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience

Experience

3+ years of executive administration experience

Skills

Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishCapacity to handle multiple projects and tasks efficientlyProven ability to maintain confidentiality of informationStrong prioritization and organizational skillsClear and effective oral and written communicationSound judgment, initiative and ability to accomplish job duties independentlyProficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
