**A Snapshot of Your Day**
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the Grid Technologies Service executive team, ensuring efficient operations and enabling leadership to focus on strategic objectives. This role requires exceptional skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment!
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
+ Support the VP of Product Order Execution and Factory implementation, leadership team, and local staff for smooth office operations.
+ Interact professionally with senior internal/external stakeholders.
+ Proactively manage calendars, schedule/prioritize meetings across time zones.
+ Coordinate complex regional/international travel arrangements.
+ Plan and manage logistics for team offsites, fairs, summits, and large-scale events.
+ Prepare and edit documents (correspondence, presentations) with high accuracy.
+ Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and quality in all deliverables.
+ Improve team efficiency by solving problems, streamlining workflows, and anticipating needs.
+ Uphold discretion and judgment in handling sensitive/confidential information.
**What You Bring**
+ High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (business administration or related field).
+ 8+ years as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
+ Highly responsive, able to work flexibly across time zones, independently and in teams.
+ Calm and focused under pressure, strong organizational skills, able to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
+ Discreet and professional, maintaining confidentiality.
+ Proactive problem-solver, collaborative teammate.
+ Cross-cultural experience desirable.
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot) and other admin tools.
+ Fluent in English (written/spoken); proficiency in additional language is a plus.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship (internal transfers possible for current Siemens Energy visa holders).
