Executive Assistant – Mars Global Snacking

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Paddington (Onsite)

Travel: Occasional UK and international travel to support events

Be the right hand to our Global Snacking VP

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the VP for Global Snacking and their leadership team. This is a key role where you’ll keep priorities moving, help the team stay connected, and act as a trusted partner in a fast-paced, global environment.

What are we looking for?

Proven experience supporting senior executives in a global or complex environment.Excellent communication skills – clear, confident and professional.Strong organisational abilities – able to prioritise, adapt quickly and stay one step ahead.Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and with senior leaders.Familiarity with tools such as Outlook, Concur, Mobilexpense, and Ariba.Flexibility to travel occasionally in the UK and internationally.

What will be your key responsibilities?Provide dedicated support to the VP for Global Snacking, including:Calendar management across multiple time zones.Coordinating international travel and logistics.Managing expenses and purchase orders.Acting as a key liaison for scheduling and communications.Support the wider leadership team with events and meetings (onsite/offsite), from logistics to supplier management.Anticipate needs and proactively solve issues before they escalate.Collaborate with the global EA community to share best practice and strengthen ways of working.
