Amazon’s global cross channel, cross category marketing team (XCM), is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support Vice President of Global Brand and Marketing based out of Seattle, Washington.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. The global nature of the team requires management of multiple complex calendars across varying time zones. The Executive Assistant is responsible for planning and organizing events of all sizes and in numerous locations, coordinating domestic and international travel, overseeing the annual calendar, and ensuring the executive is prepped for meetings. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
- Manage domestic and international travel
- Manage expense report coordination and submission
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
- Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters.
-Operate as a liaison for direct reports
- Work closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to support the organization
- Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team
