Amazon Global Selling is seeking a dedicated, self-driven Executive Assistant with strong communication skills to support the Director of Global Selling in Seattle WA.
This role requires a proactive partner who can anticipate needs, think strategically, and execute with precision in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with complex calendar management, international travel coordination, event planning, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement across multiple time zones.
A successful candidate will demonstrate superior attention to detail, excellent judgment, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple competing priorities across global teams. The right person will have a strong bias for action, the ability to work independently with minimal guidance, and a passion for building team culture. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism when dealing with senior executives inside and outside the company is essential.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple locations and time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries and expense reports
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on pending items
- Organize and execute team activities (staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team events)
- Partner closely with the leadership team and other - Executive Assistants to provide holistic support to the organization
- Build strong working relationships across all organizational levels and with external stakeholders
