Executive Assistant, Global Specialty Recruiting
Global Specialty Recruiting in Seattle seeks a dedicated, self-driven Executive Assistant with strong business acumen and great communication skills to support two Directors.

This role requires strong time management skills, the ability to look around corners, and a passion for organization. Excellent attention to detail, great judgment, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams is critical. Composure and the ability to foster a positive team culture are must-haves, as are flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities. A high level of integrity and discretion handling confidential information and professionalism dealing with senior executives inside and outside the company is imperative. You will understand business priorities, proactively anticipate needs and deliver results, while initiating and driving improvements that build capacity for the leadership and EA teams. Completing complex tasks quickly with high levels of autonomy, reacting with appropriate urgency to situations that require quick turnaround, and taking effective action without having to know the whole picture is key to success.

This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
