Executive Assistant, Global Partners EMEA
**Summary:** Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to support up to 3 directors in the Meta leadership team. The person in this role will need to be a problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, you will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time. **Required Skills:** Executive Assistant, Global Partners EMEA Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate internal and external meetings 2. Manage complex calendar set-up and movement 3. Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions 4. Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements 5. Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings 6. Build cross-functional relationships between departments 7. Partner closely with organization lead admins 8. Communicate key organization and company updates to admins and cross functional partners 9. General office duties as needed **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 10. 4+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to one or more executives 11. 4+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of one or more executives 12. 4+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives 13. Experience prioritizing multiple projects 14. Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 15. BA/BS or equivalent experience 16. Experience working at a tech company or similar industry 17. Experience supporting a design or creative function 18. Experience driving strategic projects 19. Experience collaborating and partnering closely with other admin professionals 20. Experience managing Cross-Functional partnerships 21. Experience with project management **Industry:** Internet
