Amazon's eCommerce Services (eCS) organization is seeking a dynamic Lead Executive Assistant to drive cross-organizational priorities, improve processes, and provide operational and administrative support to the eCS VP in Seattle, WA.
As a Lead EA in eCS, you will be responsible for implementing mechanisms and creating, improving, and maintaining documentation to improve operational and administrative excellence across the organization. You will also support senior leadership with complex calendar requests, event management, and travel coordination. You will build a positive team environment by fostering working relationships within and across organizations and with other Lead EAs across eCF.
This role requires strong business acumen, communication capabilities, and organizational skills to manage concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
* Drive cross-organizational programs and process improvements across global teams
* Implement mechanisms and create durable documentation to improve team operations
* Ensure timely completion of critical tasks by following up on action items
* Coordinate and manage critical business meetings, team events, and strategic planning sessions
* Handle confidential information and maintain professional relationships at all levels
* Manage expense report coordination and submission.
* Manage complex calendar requests with Lead EAs across Stores.
* Manage travel coordination
A day in the life
You will partner with Finance Partner on tracking OpEx budget, IMR spend, and Head Count for eCS, and partner with Finance in reporting progress monthly to eCS LT. You will partner with HR Business Partner in driving yearly manager symposium, collecting eCS-wide connections data quarterly, and presenting to eCS LT. You will be part of eCS LT and own rhythm of business for driving meetings and ensuring owners share the docs in advance.
