The North American Stores organization is hiring an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, start-up organization. This person will support the Vice President of the US Prime & Marketing Team (UPMT) in Seattle, WA.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support global team
- Coordinate domestic and international travel for VP
- Manage expense report coordination and submission
- Email Inbox Management
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-team meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
- Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters
- Act as Lead EA for UPMT EA team
- Act as a liaison for VP's direct reports
- Work closely with Biz Ops Manager, HR, Recruiting, and UPMT EAs to provide support to the organization
- Help develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team

The Marketing and Creative team helps customers discover and engage with new, popular, and relevant products across Amazon globally. The North America Stores Design team creates the user experience for shopping across categories and programs, which include Fashion, Consumer Electronics, Furniture, Beauty, and Consumables.
