The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Coordinate and prepare for board meetings, executive team meetings, and other high-level gatherings

Proactive problem-solver with a talent for anticipating needs and managing complex schedules

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion

Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Manage incoming calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing and responding as appropriate

Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical

Assist with special projects and research as needed

Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent work experience

5+ years of related work experience

TS/SCI with Poly

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,200
