Executive Administrator
What You'll Do We’re seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Administrator to support and partner with a member of our Executive Management Group. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a trusted partner and confidant to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), managing a broad scope of responsibilities, overseeing complex calendars and commitments, and effectively triaging incoming requests. This is a unique opportunity to contribute at the highest level and help drive the success of both the executive and the broader organization. This role requires a selfless, service-oriented approach—balancing the priorities of the executive and the enterprise while upholding strong professional boundaries. Responsibilities may include: Act as a trusted partner to the CGO, overseeing key initiatives, managing priorities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Proactively manage complex calendars, prioritize scheduling requests, and negotiate meeting logistics to maximize the executive’s time and strategic focus. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, logistics, and high-profile meetings and events—including those involving board members and senior leadership. Draft meeting agendas in partnership with stakeholders, prepare and distribute materials, capture action items, and follow up to ensure accountability and clarity. Track key deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple projects and initiatives. Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for strategic discussions, industry events, and quarterly earnings calls. Anticipate needs, synthesize communications from multiple channels, and provide context that enables informed and timely decision-making. Serve as a liaison between the CGO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and enabling collaboration across the enterprise. Understand the executive’s work style, preferences, and priorities to help guide others in aligning with expectations and driving productive outcomes. Resolve conflicts, handle contingencies, and adapt quickly to last-minute changes with professionalism and discretion. Represent the CGO’s vision and values, serving as a cultural ambassador and champion of the company’s mission. Evaluate and improve administrative processes to drive team productivity and operational efficiency. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a senior administrative or executive support role. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, establish rapport, and maintain relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including high-profile individuals. Highly business-savvy with the ability to identify and mitigate risk, exercise sound judgment, and navigate complex organizational dynamics. Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to last-minute changes and fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and act with tact, discretion, and professionalism at all times. Proactive, self-directed, and highly organized, with strong planning, time management, and prioritization skills. Proven ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and provide context and foresight to support executive-level decision-making. Strong commitment to excellence and a service-oriented mindset; consistently delivers high-quality work and meets the expectations of executive leadership. Comfortable working in ambiguity and fluid environments; thrives in dynamic and fast-moving settings. Maintains strict confidentiality and handles sensitive information with integrity and discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with web-based and mobile business applications. Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight, as needed. Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $32.45 - $58.27 / hour Time Off Program Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Pension Eligible Yes Work Environments This role offers a hybrid work environment (working at minimum 3 days in the office) located at our Des Moines, IA office location. You’ll work with your leader to figure out the kind of schedule that will best align best based on several factors. We would be open to a fully remote opportunity outside of the Des Moines, IA location with the right skills and experience.
