The Opportunity:
As the Executive Administrator you will act as an ambassador by interacting with diverse audiences, including the sector leadership team comprised of both operational and functional support organizations. You should possess a growth-mindset and always be seeking to learn more about the environment in which you operate. You thrive in a corporate environment and understand this role requires an in-office presence five days a week.
Responsibilities:
Manages LoB lead’s daily schedule of meetings, agendas, and priorities to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements, including initiating and communicating directions on behalf of the Sector President.
Acts as an information pipeline with oversight of calendar, e-mail communications and travel plans.
Coordinates the scheduling of sector business rhythm activities such as bi-weekly Leadership Staff Meetings, Monthly Operating Reviews and Quarterly Employee All-Hands.
Coordinates LoB Lead schedule and manages travel arrangements including processing travel expense reports.
Collaborates with LoB team members in a timely manner on requests, issues, and action items.
Creates, maintains, and updates spreadsheets to support reporting and analysis activities.
Initiates process improvements recommendations related to scope of responsibilities.
Applies considerable discretion when working on highly confidential materials and situations.
Prepares and edits PowerPoint, Excel and Word documents as needed.
Plans and executes both large- and small-scale sector events.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum of seven (7) years’ related experience.
Ability to manage multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong understanding of general management and business objectives.
Ability to communicate effectively with peer groups and senior executives.
Positive attitude with the ability to successfully perform in a fast-paced environment.
Extremely detail-oriented and organized with strong prioritization and time-management skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive results with minimal supervision.
Collaborative and team player approach to getting things done.
Desired:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in a federal government contracting environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
