Executive Administrative Assistant to System VPs
Job Description​

The Opportunity:


Saint Luke’s is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to administratively support the BJC Health System Chief Accounting Officer Vice President, Reimbursement, and Accounting. You will interact with both internal and external individuals within BJC Health System executives to departmental level personnel. .


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Because you will have a diverse workload, being able to manage several ongoing priorities with last minute requests will be very important. The ideal candidate for this position would have at least 2 years of executive administrative assistant experience, will be highly flexible, and demonstrate exceptional reliability and accountability.

This individual will have a hybrid work schedule based on Departmental needs.


The Work:

Manages calendars, emails, and task lists, prioritizing significant matters as neededPrepares and distributes agendas, presentations, minutes, and reports for various meetingsManages conference room calendarsCoordinates domestic travel and accommodations for leadershipOrganizes onsite events for leadership, Board members, employees, and outside organizations as needed Prepares and submits expense reports on behalf of the Vice President / DirectorAids clinical and non-clinical departments in the completion of various tasks and projectsMaintains digital and physical filing systemsMaintains office supply inventoryAids in the organizational preparation for regulatory surveys such as Joint CommissionCollects and organizes mail and packages for the Vice President / Director
