Labcorp is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant/Project Specialist to join our team in Frisco, TX at 3000 Internet Blvd, Suite 190, Frisco TX 75033.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; additional days/hours as needed
Job Responsibilities:
Project management with varying complexity, duration and occurrence.Create and format presentations in support of client facing documents and internal correspondence (MS office – PowerPoint, Word).Conduct ad hoc analysis and modeling using MS Excel (including formulas/pivot tables)Provide administrative and project support for priorities.Coordinating with key stakeholders to schedule meetings, track responsibilities and assignments, compile proposal materials, and other key organizational tasks. Executive administrative responsibilities, including, but not limited to: Calendar scheduling, travel arrangements and expense reportsBuild/improve processes that drive operational efficiencies and effectivenessTravel 10-25% of the time in support of the SVPMinimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent3-5 years of applicable work experience required (Administrative support / Project Management)Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a healthcare or laboratory diagnostics industryAdditional Job Standards:

We are currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant/Project Specialist, who will work directly with the Senior Vice President, MidAmerica Division. This position will focus on the organization and coordination of tasks and initiatives. These initiatives will vary in duration and complexity and will involve and require experience with executive management and effective communication.
