Summary:
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership within a biopharmaceutical environment. This role is responsible for calendar management, meeting coordination, and site engagement activities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and a positive experience for internal and external stakeholders.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level calendar management and scheduling support for senior leadership (SVP level), ensuring optimal time utilization and alignment with business prioritiesManage complex, high-volume calendars by prioritizing meeting requests, resolving scheduling conflicts, and anticipating leadership needsPrepare leadership for meetings by coordinating agendas, materials, and all necessary logisticsLead end-to-end coordination of on-site meetings for both internal and external stakeholdersOversee all site logistics, including:Conference room scheduling, setup, and readinessCatering coordination and meal planningVisitor management, including security access and badgingTravel arrangements, ground transportation, and hotel recommendationsSupport and enhance site culture initiatives and employee engagement programsPlan and execute a variety of events, including:Seasonal celebrations (summer and winter)Team-building activitiesOn-site engagement and morale-building eventsPartner closely with leadership to drive a positive employee experience and foster a strong site cultureProvide comprehensive administrative support across the site as neededContribute to special projects and technical initiatives based on business needs and individual expertiseMaintain accurate and organized records, communications, and documentationJob Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Sanford, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
