Role and Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President- Product and Technology.

Assist the management efficiently so that they can fully focus on their work. Support decision-making of the management by collecting, analyzing, and delivering relevant information.

Provides administrative support and assistance to the Senior Vice President- Product and Technology and/or other assigned leadership staff.Performs clerical and administrative tasks.Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.Performs office tasks, additional duties as assigned by SVP.Performs other related duties as assigned.Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, and creating reports.Manage the Contractors' hiring process for the Technology Team.

Required Skills/Abilities

Verbal and written communication skills.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Knowledge of office administrationProficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Associate Degree /Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.At least 3+years of related experience required.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $103,500 and $107,500.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
