Global Financial Advisory firm in Midtown, Manhattan, seeks to hire a Temp Executive Assistant to provide backup support to their team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with strong communication skills and plenty of positive energy. Responsibilities will include calendar management including internal and external meetings, conference calls across multiple time zones, travel arrangements, liaising with clients on a daily basis, document preparation, processing and submitting expenses, gatekeeping calls, and other project tasks as requested. The ideal candidate will have a 1+ years of solid EA experience preferably within a financial services firm, professional and confident nature, be a fast learner, be calm and work well under pressure, and be extremely organized. Hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm. Temp duration is 1-2 months. Position starts end of July 2025. Pay $35-40/hour DOE.
