Seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the VP/GM of Networking and Data Link Solutions, ensuring seamless coordination of executive operations and business activities.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma with 8+ years of related administrative experience or Associate Degree with 4+ years of related administrative experience
Minimum of 5 years managing multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams, and PowerPoint
Ability to build and manage SharePoint sites
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Preferred Skills:
10+ years of experience supporting senior executives
Experience coordinating high-level events, including onsite/offsite and travel logistics
Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written communication and grammar
Initiative-driven and capable of anticipating needs
Availability to work extended hours or on short notice as needed
Job Responsibilities:
Provide executive administrative support to the VP/GM, including calendar management and event coordination
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
Screen correspondence and telephone calls; route inquiries appropriately
Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications
Manage expense reporting and general administrative tasks such as filing, mail distribution, copying, and document handling
Serve as event planner for business functions and internal events across varying scopes and sizes
Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
