Essential Function
Provide high-level administrative support to SVP or above by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Primary Duties
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High School degree or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.3-5 years relevant work experience. Preferably secretarial/administrative experience.Typing speed 60 wpm.Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and MS Office Suite experience.Competencies / Attributes

The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work.
