The Team and the opportunity
Our team advises on all aspects of the development, structuring and financing of infrastructure and real estate projects. We help clients understand the business, investment and public policy opportunities arising from increased investment in infrastructure and offer a coordinated approach to procuring, structuring, executing and managing major infrastructure, real estate and complex service projects and transactions. Our professionals are drawn from finance, investment banking, Government, economics, construction, funds management and industry.
Join our Government and Infrastructure Advisory (G&IA) team and join a team of experienced professionals who bring to clients excellence in the planning, procurement and delivery of infrastructure. You will be supporting the team in advising both public and private sector organisations that require support in developing and managing large scale infrastructure projects across a range of sectors.
Your key responsibilities
Performing financial analysis, including data analysis and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Maintaining a detail-oriented approach in all financial analyses, leveraging analytical skills to identify trends and variances. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data by implementing verification processes, cross-referencing information, and conducting thorough reviews. Maintain effective internal control frameworks to ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and mitigate risks associated with financial operations. Developing and maintaining KPI reporting frameworks to track performance metrics and ensure alignment with project and organisational goals. Developing PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate financial analyses and insights for client deliverables. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project deliverables. Collaborating with internal auditors to address and resolve audit queries promptly, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Utilising strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, promoting a cohesive working environment. Effectively managing client expectations by ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and meeting critical deadlines.
