\nYOUR TASKS\n

Working Location: Macau

\n

Reporting to Head of Macau, you will be responsible for driving the utilization rate and data quality of Electronic Shipping Solutions (ESS) tools, also coordinating and handling IT related matters as well in DHL Macau:

\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nPromote the utilization of ESS tools for both walk-in and corporate customers, monitoring and driving engagement and penetration rates.\nMonitor and analyze ESS tools' usage, ensuring high data accuracy and quality as well as identifying improvement area and action(s).\nProvide onsite technical support for ESS tools onboarding, including installation, implementation, ensuring effective usage.\nProvide support on user training and promptly troubleshooting queries and concerns of ESS tools.\nSupport procurement tasks, customer reporting, and other administrative duties, including inventory management, IT systems and software maintenance\nCoordinate and participate in IT-related projects and initiatives with both internal and external customers.\nManage and maintain social media platforms and conduct regular reporting on IT-related KPIs\n\n\n

YOUR PROFILE\n

\n\nMacau ID holder is a must\nHigher Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology, eCommerce or related disciplines\nAt least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry\nSelf-motivated, analytical, result and customer oriented\nGood communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills\nGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)\nProficient PC skills, experience of web base tools’ management is an advantage\n\nOUR OFFER\n\nStrong career support in an international environment\nGreat culture and colleagues\nMultifarious benefit program\n\n
