JOB SCOPE Lead, guide, develop, maintain, update and implement HSE management system (HSE- MS) & Mandatory Control Framework (MCF) elements, focusing on crisis management by reviewing manuals, procedures and instructions to comply with the mandatory requirements so as to sustain safety management system ad processes. Maintain and continual improving PFLNG HSE Management System on Crisis by establishing a comprehensive HSE Plan; facilitate in risk assessment i.e. Hazard identification (HAZID), assist in series of internal and external audits and procedure development mainly on ERP; review sessions to create a better, operational HSE_MS for PFLNG to ensure it is compliance with the HSE standards and requirements. Prepare safety performance report, provide analysis for specific areas on operational safety performance, identify gaps, and monitor implementation of intervention plans for gap closure and continuous improvement towards achieving excellence HSE performance. Facilitate, provide advisory and prepare the incident investigation process/report as and when required for management and government authorities by participating or lead the investigation to comply with COMPANY and relevant statutory requirements e.g. Notification of Accident, Dangerous Occurrence and Poisonous & Occupational Disease (NADOPOD) on timely basis. Develop, facilitate, guide and monitor implementation of annual HSE Safety & Security plans including developing programs, setting performance targets and budget to ensure it is compliance with the company HSE strategies and objectives. MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Min 5 years in related field Oil & Gas Industry or equivalent 5 years or previous HSE experience from project executing in offshore/onshore or service-based environment Operational Plant background personnel within depth knowledge of Safety Management may be considered
