Job Description Summary

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Executive, Commercial Leasing to support our office leasing team across research, marketing, and business development activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full leasing lifecycle, working closely with experienced brokers to deliver market insights, develop client-facing materials, and drive new business opportunities in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.

About the role

Data Collection & Analysis:
• Gather office market data from various sources – media reports, publications both local and international. 
• Build intelligence from these data points and identify key business opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy of, and update gathered data on Occupiers & Owners. 
• Master usage of the CRM system and implementation of improvements to the system 
 
Content Development:
• Develop marketing materials for business development including and not limited to blog posts, social media posts and video content. 
• Work with senior brokers to develop pitch decks and proposals. 
• Develop inter-department collateral with the ability to cross sell services to clients. 
• Understand and align research department’s statistics and analysis with on the ground activity to create focused content that satisfies the client’s requirements. 
 
Business Development:
• Assist senior brokers in the provision of entire leasing process from handling of enquires to the final completion of transactions.
• Generate and develop new business leads from a variety of sources including social media, cold calling, industry events and referrals. 
• Maintain good existing client relationships. 
• Provide best in class after-sales service to clients. 
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets set by the department.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate. (Final-year students or candidates graduating in the next few months are welcome to apply.)

0–2 years of relevant experience in commercial leasing, real estate, research, marketing, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong interest in the commercial office leasing market and real estate industry.

Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business intelligence.

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, client-focused marketing and presentation materials.

Comfortable working with CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ability to learn new systems quickly.

Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage clients and support senior brokers.

Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
