Role Summary and Impact

WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking an Executive, Biddable to join our Media Management & Delivery team. In this role, you will support the activation and execution of dynamic biddable media campaigns. This is a foundational role where you will gain hands-on experience with major advertising platforms, develop your analytical skills by working with campaign data, and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals. You will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of high-value, innovative solutions for our clients.

 

Core Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution: Assist in the implementation and optimization of biddable media campaigns across key platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta platforms, Amazon), ensuring adherence to client objectives and KPIs.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the team in data collection, organization, and analysis to track campaign performance. Assist in the preparation of regular performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Campaign Optimization: Contribute to campaign optimization efforts by analyzing data, identifying trends, and proposing actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness.

Platform Expertise: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of major biddable platforms, their functionalities, and industry best practices.

Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to all finance processes, WPP Media policies, and operational procedures.

Client Support: Assist in client communication, providing updates, and addressing inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other teams (e.g. analytics, strategy, clients) to support the delivery of integrated solutions for clients and actively contribute to team discussions and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field. A strong, demonstrable interest in biddable media and the digital advertising landscape. Basic understanding of biddable platforms and their core mechanisms. Strong analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

Familiarity with biddable media or digital advertising platforms. Knowledge of WPP Media brands and capabilities.
