Executive, APAC Outbound Delivery Service, Fulfillment Operations
Report to the Manager of Fulfillment Operations for APAC outbound delivery service. This role supports and optimizes APAC outbound logistics operations – including B2B (truck load and line haul), B2C (small parcel), and regional/international exports – ensuring cost, speed, and compliance. This role owns the monitoring of LSP performance, process and sociated executions, will have responsibility to monitor and ensure Customs compliance routine data validation, maintenance and operational execution to support business needs in local country market and APAC markets when applicable. This role supports standardization, innovation, and performance excellence in last-mile delivery operations
Your Responsibility will include (but not limited to):
Regional/international exports handling
End-to-end operational ownership of APAC DC-to-DC transfers and exports to wholesalers’ global locationsCoordinate air/ocean bookings with Global Logistics; manage documentation and customs clearance alignment with Global Trade ComplianceProvide track and trace support or escalation support across all modes of transportation: ocean, air, truck, parcel.Manage daily hot list of critical shipments, communicate updates with key stakeholdersService Level Management & Continuous Improvement.
Ensure logistics procedures are being followed throughout the shipment process.Participate and/or host monthly/Quarterly operational review meeting with LSPDrive Routing guild compliance through proactive engagement and audits.Outbound delivery management & improvement
Monitor and elevate regional delivery KPIsDelivery service issue root cause analysis and drive improvementsManage outbound billing, centralize the billing form and support setting up billing platformSupport the sustainability metrics across markets.What we will be looking for in you:
Bachelor’s Degree3+ years in experience of supply chain management, logistics & trade compliance knowledge, LSP management, data analytics3+ years’ experience in cooperating and managing large 3PL contracts.Knowledge of SAP/WMS modules and transportation workflows.Proven success in supporting multi-country operations, Communication skills for working with both internal & external stakeholders, cross functions, countries, and cultures (English)Experience in Freight Forwarding or FIATA related rules and regulations.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Demonstrates in management and pyritization skillsPrincipal Accountabilities:
Under broad supervision:* Fulfill orders, including order entry, administration and shipping* Process orders * Create capacity plans to support build-to-stock and/or build-to-order environments* Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost* Prepare and maintain volume and demand planning analyses and supply and production schedules based on internal and external information to establish and effectively manage an order backlog
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field *Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager’s criteria* Three to five years of related experience preferred* Strong written and oral communication skills
