A new opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and results-driven Execution Engineer to join our dynamic team at Rolls-Royce Power Systems. Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defense vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.

Key Accountabilities

Project Execution & Coordination:Oversee the end-to-end execution of Diesel Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply (DRUPS) systems in Singapore and Asia Pacific.Ensure that all projects comply with regulatory requirements and installation standards.Work closely with customers, consultants, clerks-of-work, and statutory authorities to ensure seamless project delivery.Stakeholder Management & Communication:Liaise with global project managers, internal teams, and external partners to drive project progress.Provide technical guidance and solutions to resolve project challenges in a timely and effective manner.Represent the company in negotiations, contract discussions, and project milestone reviews.Technical & Quality Oversight:Maintain a high level of attention to detail in project scope, quality, and timelines.Identify and implement innovative problem-solving techniques to mitigate risks and address conflicts.Ensure strict adherence to contractual obligations, international trading regulations (e.g., Incoterms), and compliance policies.Multi-Project Management & Deadline Compliance:Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.Take ownership of deliverables, proactively addressing challenges before they escalate.Lead continuous process improvements to enhance project execution efficiency.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in Diesel Engines and Power Generation, preferably in project execution roles.Project Management Expertise:Strong knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.Proven ability to define project scope, set goals, track deliverables, and manage contractual obligations.Experience in budget management, negotiations, risk assessment, and change management.Technical & Soft Skills:Highly detail-oriented with a critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
