Role Purpose
The Execution and Engagement Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of the portfolio strategy in Chile and Peru, as defined in collaboration with the CBL/CBM of the brands. This role ensures cross-functional alignment with key areas and facilitates the effective execution of brand plans. Acting as a bridge between strategy and operations, the manager guarantees that initiatives reach the market efficiently, with relevance and measurable impact. The position serves as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Chile & Perú Strategic ImplementationDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure brand performance, fostering a growth mindset.Drive the growth of main brands by identifying gaps, mitigation plans, and market opportunities.Identify growth opportunities and gaps, proposing mitigation or acceleration plans.Demonstrate strong leadership and engagement with cross-functional teams to ensure all functions effectively contribute to results.Responsible for affordability programs, PSP (Patient Support Programs), and testing initiatives.Accountable for P&L management in Chile and Peru.Market Insights: Gather and channel insights from the competitive environment, customers, and stakeholders to inform strategy alongside the CBL/CBM.Strategic budget management and execution.Own the forecast development and follow-up, utilizing data-driven demand planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) techniques to ensure adequate supply management for the portfolio.Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Pharmacy, Marketing, Medicine, or other relevant fields.Advanced proficiency in Business English.Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience in marketing or a related function.Broad knowledge and experience of the Chilean and Peruvian healthcare and pharmaceutical environment.Over 2 years of experience in a comparable manager role.Previous experience in the designated therapeutic area (Oncology) is preferred.Technical Skills Requirements
