Exciting Opportunity: Trainer for New Client - Lisbon, Portugal

We are looking for a talented English Trainer to be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions, as also measuring the efficiency of each training process and improve metrics.

 

As a Trainer in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

 

Strong focus on content creation for training purposes Adapt currently existing articles and learning materials from a provided knowledge base Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path Develop, design, and oversee training roadmaps/modules, classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals Direct structured learning experiences Deliver training content through various channels and mediums Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure alignment with updates and changes Stay abreast of new trends and tools in employee development Serve as a single point of contact for all product training and documentation needs Create learning experiences that equip new and long-term associates to excel through expert classroom instruction and one-on-one coaching Create and maintain a positive learning environment Modify and present training programs for representatives/agents Maintain accurate and updated project training documentation Stay informed about client processes and recommend program changes when appropriate Perform any other reasonable duties requested by the client or direct managers Take responsibility for personal development Understand and comply with all regulatory, fair-trading, and competition rules Adhere to health, safety, and security responsibilities Attend trainer meetings regularly Takes personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies Ensures that all team members (Foundever) comply fully with the security policies and requirements of Foundever and its Clients, ensuring staff is given an appropriate level of knowledge/awareness to be able to comply with the policies within the context of their role and taking appropriate action when non-compliance is identified ‎

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

 

Native or Proficient level of English (mandatory) Good organization/ time management skills Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds Ability to make fair and consistent judgments and decisions Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions Ability to influence behavior Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures Ability to give constructive feedback to the agents which lead to performance improvement Counseling skills Design Learning skills Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal  Availability to work 100% from Sete Rios site (for the first 2 months) – mandatory Availability to work in a Hybrid model based on our Sete Rios site – mandatory Availability to work from 9AM to 6PM Monday to Friday Education and experience. Minimum of 6 months to 1 year working in BPO production or comparable customer service  Should be at least one certified/finalized professional education Previous teaching or coaching/training experience would be an advantage Special Certifications: CAP Benefits.
