In this role, you will:

Design, implement, and manage Exchange on-premises and Exchange online environmentsConfigure and troubleshoot application integration using POP, IMAP, SMTP, and REST APIsEnsure seamless integration with other Microsoft products and servicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performanceImplement and maintain compliance and security measures for Exchange environmentsEnsure adherence to organizational security policies and proceduresConduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilitiesDevelop and implement remediation plans to address security gaps.Provide Level 3 support for Exchange-related issuesParticipate in on-call rotations for after-hours supportCollaborate with IT teams to plan, implement, and maintain Exchange upgrades and patches.
