Description We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Williamsville, New York. In this long-term contract role, you will manage complex transactions and provide precise support for inquiries and requests. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, optimizing business processes, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Process and resolve unique or complex transactions outside of the platform with efficiency and precision. • Address and respond to platform inquiries while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). • Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Owners to identify opportunities and convert them into actionable outcomes. • Maintain data integrity and generate quality reports to support data-driven decision-making. • Analyze business trends and provide meaningful insights to enhance platform adoption and usage. • Perform order entry and transactional functions to support team requests. • Optimize business workflows to improve operational efficiency. • Ensure accurate verification and completion of transactional requests. • Provide general support to the team, including assistance with customer care and communication. • Resolve issues promptly while maintaining professionalism and tact. Requirements • Two-year college degree or equivalent experience, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a functional area. • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of functional experience, preferably at a senior level. • Strong understanding of customer service principles and effective communication techniques. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft technologies. • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team setting. • Familiarity with generating reports and metrics to ensure data quality and integrity.
