WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

\n\nAssist all walk in customers and phone calls with queries on shipments\nProvide clear and specific guidance on documentation and packaging requirements for all customers\nHelping with additional tasks as required for example, resolving and responding to email queries\nThis is a full-time position working 38 hours, from Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 7:00pm\n\n

WHAT CAN YOU BRING?

\n\nStrong computer skills within Microsoft Suite\nGreat customer service and communication skills\nExperience adhering to WHS procedures\nPhysical fitness\n
