In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with schools, teachers, and candidates to promote Cambridge exams, managing the registration process, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Your mission is to bring our brand to life through impactful content and help us reach more students by enhancing how we communicate and connect across platforms. Your main responsibilities are: Actively promote and sell Cambridge exam services to schools, teachers, and institutions.Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.Provide clear, professional guidance on exam options and registration procedures.Handle administrative processes related to registrations and invoices.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Ongoing or completed degree in Education, Business, Communications, or related fields.Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.English level C1 preferred. About EF Education FirstAt EF we believe that the world is better when people try to understand one another.
