Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Worker I, Service (Parking Attendant), you will be responsible for the safety, security, and cleanliness of the parking lots and driveway areas.
Every day, you will greet all patrons entering the Medical Center parking area in a friendly manner, collect parking fees, give change, and provide direction and assistance as needed. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling our Mission. It is expected that you will demonstrate behavior consistent with our Core Values and support our strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
To be successful in your role, you will meticulously ensure the safety, security, and cleanliness of our parking areas, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for all patrons. You will demonstrate exceptional customer service by friendly greetings, efficient fee collection, and proactive assistance, all while actively upholding our Mission and Core Values and contributing to our performance improvement goals.
